01Acceptance

By accessing or using TrendShort, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

02Description of the service

TrendShort imports the public Shorts of the YouTube channels you choose to track, detects those that over-perform their channel's own median, analyzes their mechanics, and turns proven patterns into ready-to-shoot script plans.

The service is provided “as is” and may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time. AI-generated analyses and plans may contain errors; they are a starting point, not professional advice, and remain your responsibility to review before use.

03Accounts & authentication

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to create an account. You can register with an email address or with Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and you must report any suspected unauthorized use promptly.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• circumvent rate limits, quotas or security measures;
• scrape, reverse-engineer or resell the service;
• use the service to produce spam, misinformation or infringing content;
• redistribute analyses or script plans as a competing dataset without written permission.

05YouTube content

TrendShort uses the YouTube Data API v3 and public data. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the imported data and of any content you produce complies with YouTube's Terms of Service and applicable copyright law.

06Subscriptions & billing

TrendShort offers a 7-day free trial that does not require a card. After the trial, the Creator plan is billed monthly, in advance, through Stripe. Billing renews automatically until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from Settings; your access continues until the end of the paid period already started. Refunds are governed by our Refund policy. As a micro-entreprise under the French VAT franchise (art. 293 B CGI), prices are shown without VAT.

07Intellectual property

The TrendShort brand, interface and code belong to Brice Mourlon. You retain ownership of the channels and content you submit and grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service. Analyses and script plans generated for you are yours to use.

08No guarantee

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of the analyses and plans it produces.

09Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.

10Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced by email or by a notice on the site at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
