TrendShortRefund policy
01Free trial
TrendShort starts with a 7-day free trial that does not require a payment card. No charge is made during the trial, so there is nothing to refund for it — if the service isn't for you, simply don't subscribe.
02Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period — you keep access to everything you've paid for. After that, your subscription will not renew and you won't be charged again. We don't offer partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.
03Monthly plan
The Creator plan is billed monthly and is non-refundable. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current month and are not charged thereafter.
04How to request a refund
Email hello@trendshort.app from the address associated with your account. Eligible refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
05Exceptions
We may consider refunds outside this policy on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion — for example, in the event of a confirmed technical issue that prevented you from using the service.
